At Shineology, we don’t just teach, we create transformation. Based in Southwest Ohio, Shineology proudly offers in-person training for six or more in the Dayton and Cincinnati areas, and virtual delivery nationwide.
Many of our Ohio-based clients qualify for reimbursement through the state’s TechCred program, up to $2,000 per credential.

Amy Crawford is a certified HR professional and Story Coach with a passion for helping people grow, professionally and personally. With over a decade of experience in adult education and community workforce development, she brings a deep understanding of how skills, support, and storytelling work together to empower lasting change.
Through Shineology, Amy has designed programs that combine emotional intelligence, digital fluency, and career readiness into one supportive learning experience. Her signature Rise and Shine series has helped hundreds of learners gain clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of direction.
A firm believer that every person has value and voice, Amy brings warmth and motivation into every training she leads, whether she’s working with corporate teams, community organizations, or workforce partners.
